Each workout is filmed in a follow along style, so you’re never guessing what to do…I’m doing the workout right alongside you. You’ll use light dumbbells and simple movements, with separate modification videos shown for every exercise so you can adjust based on how your body feels that day. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, you can make these workouts as gentle or as challenging as you need.
