Welcome to the G4FIT program! Thank you for letting me be a part of your journey in helping you build a strong mind and body. I’m so excited to see where you are in 6 months!
To see more Account Details and Progress Reports log in on a desktop or laptop at gunning4fitness.trainerize.com. If you get an error message saying something like – This website is using an unsupported protocol – then manually type in the address instead of copying and pasting the link and it should work.
Just a quick reminder: all workouts will be added to your account late Sunday night, ready for you to start on Monday. It’s normal for your calendar to be empty until then.
- I want you to feel comfortable using my program, so I have included a few screen recordings above that will walk you through how to use some of the features on the app. Â
- On your dashboard you will see your daily Macros, To Do Items for the day, your latest Progress stats, and your toolbars.
- You can request to have a meal plan added to your account.
- You have the option of using our app to track your food just like MyFitnessPal if you prefer to keep all of your information in one place.Â
- You have the ability to connect our app to other apps like Apple Watch, MyFitnessPal, Fitbit, and Withings to sync all of your data.
- You can explore the Resources group to find videos answering questions about using the app, links to our favorite supplements, recordings of past Zoom calls, chapter reviews of the books we’ve read together, and a variety of educational videos on mindset, nutrition, and exercise.
