LESSON 4 – Calendar Overview
To help you get the most out of the program, here’s a quick guide on using the workout calendar within the app to customize and streamline your workout routine.
The calendar is designed to be flexible to fit your unique goals, fitness level, and schedule. Feel free to delete any workouts that don’t align with your plan by simply removing them from your calendar. To reschedule a workout to another day, press and hold on the workout title, then move it to the preferred day. Want to add some extra cardio? Just click the blue plus sign at the bottom right corner to add an additional session on days when you have the time or energy.
For even more variety, we’ve added optional workouts to Saturdays. If you’d like to try one, simply drag it to the day that works best for you. And if you accidentally delete a workout, no worries! Head to the kettlebell icon at the bottom of your dashboard, where your entire program is listed—you can easily add any workout back onto your calendar.
This setup is here to help you make these workouts your own, so go at your pace and use the tools that work best for you. Enjoy building a stronger, healthier you!
