LESSON 6 – Account Settings and FAQ
How do I log onto my account on a desktop or laptop? *

* If you get an error message saying something like – This website is using an unsupported protocol – then manually type in the address instead of copying and pasting the link and it should work.
Once logged into your account you can:
- Update your credit card
- Cancel your account
- Change your preference of kg/lbs
- Update your notification settings
- Review your workouts and all notes that you’ve made
- View your stats for each exercise that you’ve performed
- View all of your body stats that you’ve entered
Q: When will my workouts be loaded onto my calendar?
A: All workouts will be loaded onto your account late Sunday night for you to start on Monday.
Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Your credit card will not be charged until the workouts load onto your calendar Sunday night.
Q: Can I switch programs?Â
A: Yes! You can upgrade to the 6 month option or switch between programs at any time. I’ll prorate what you have already paid and used for that month. Send me an email to support@gunning4fitness.com to make your changes.
Q: Can I pause my account?
A: You can send an email to support@gunning4fitness.com if you need to pause your account for one month. I’m sorry there is no way to pause an account longer than a month.
Q: How do I cancel my account?
A: You can cancel by logging into your account on a desktop at gunning4fitness.trainerize.com or sending me an email at support@gunning4fitness.com. You need to cancel your account before it bills you for the next upcoming month.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: You have 14 days to try my G4FIT program, and if it’s not the right fit for you, you can request a full refund. Simply email me at support@gunning4fitness.com.
Q: How often will you bill me?
A: This is a subscription-based program that you can cancel at any time.
- If you signed up for the monthly billing option, your credit card will be charged every month on the same day until you cancel.
- If you signed up for the 6-month billing option, your card will be charged every 6 months until you cancel.
Q: Can I have both the STRONG home and POWER gym program?
A: Yes! You will have your main program that you will pay at full price. If you’d like to add the POWER/STRONG program as your second program it will only be $15 a month. If you’d like to add the POWER/STRONG EXPRESS program as your second program it will only be $10 a month.Â
Q: Do I get anything for referring someone to the program?
A: Yes! If you refer someone and they stay longer than one month then you get a free month as a thank you.Â
Q: Is there a discount available for my spouse to join the program with me?
A: Yes! The program is FREE for your spouse. Just send an email to support@gunning4fitness.com with his/her full name and email.Â
Q: What do I do if I accidentally delete a workout from my calendar?
A: You can tap on the kettlebell on the bottom of your dashboard to restore any deleted workouts.
Q: Can I reset my workouts on my calendar when I miss a week or so?
A: Yes! Send an email to reset@gunning4fitness.com with your full name and the specific week that you want to be on. All resets are done on Sunday.
