Superset: 3 sets, hold til failure
You will rest for 1-2 minutes in between sets
GOBLET SQUAT / SQUAT / SQUAT HOLD: You will perform 8 goblet squats then 8 body weight squats and then hold the squat position for as long as possible then rest. You will complete this 3 times.
(I am using demo weights. Make sure that you find a weight that challenges you with good form.)
