You will rest for 1-2 minutes in between sets
DB BENT ARM CHEST FLY: You will perform 10 reps then rest. You will increase weight and perform 8 reps then rest. You will perform another 8 reps at the same weight and be done.
(I am using demo weights. Make sure that you find a weight that challenges you with good form.)
