Superset: 3 sets x 8 reps
You will rest for 1-2 minutes in between sets
NEUTRAL POSITION / PALM UP BENT OVER ROW: You will perform 10 neutral grip rows then 10 underhand rows then rest. You will be doing 16 reps for 1 set. You will complete this 3 times. Rest in between if needed.
(I am using demo weights. Make sure that you find a weight that challenges you with good form.)
