2 sets x 5 reps per weight
You will rest for 1-2 minutes in between sets
BICEP CURL RUN THE RACK: You will start with the heaviest weight that you can do 5 curls. Then with no rest drop to the lighter weight and do 5 reps then drop to the next lighter weight and do 5 reps til you have no more weights to drop down to.
(I am using demo weights. Make sure that you find a weight that challenges you with good form.)
