Note: You will rest for 1-2 minutes in between sets.
ANGLED LEG PRESS – Feet hip width apart:Â Complete 10 reps then rest 1 min. Perform another 10 reps then rest 1 min. Perform another 10 reps then with no rest decrease your weight and complete another 10 reps.
(I am using demo weights. Make sure that you find a weight that challenges you with good form.)
