Superset: 3 sets 10 reps
Note: You will rest for 1-2 minutes in between sets.
SEATED LEG EXTENSION / LYING HAMSTRING CURLS: You will perform 10 leg extensions then 10 curls then rest. You will complete this 3 times. If you don’t have access to both of these machines you can break this up and perform them as individual exercises.
(I am using demo weights. Make sure that you find a weight that challenges you with good form.)
