3 sets x 12, 10, 8 reps
You will rest for 1-2 minutes in between sets
CABLE MACHINE SQUATS: You will perform 12 reps then rest. Then you will increase weight and perform 10 reps then rest. Then you will increase weight and perform 8 reps.
(I am using demo weights. Make sure that you find a weight that challenges you with good form.)
