3 sets x 12, 10, 8 reps
You will rest for 1-2 minutes in between sets
DB CHEST PRESS ON THE FLOOR: You will perform 12 reps then rest. Then you will increase weight and perform 10 reps then rest. Then you will increase weight again and perform 8 reps. You want to let them rest on the ground for a second in between each rep. If you are unable to increase weight because it is too heavy that is ok. You can instead do an additional rep or two. If you aren’t comfortable lying on the ground then perform these on a bench.
(I am using demo weights. Make sure that you find a weight that challenges you with good form.)
