You will rest for 1-2 minutes in between sets
CABLE ROPE FACE PULLS: You will perform 8 face pulls at a heavy weight then with no rest drop to a lighter weight and perform 8 more reps then rest. You’ll Complete this 3 times. You will only record the weight that you use for the heavy face pulls not the lighter face pulls.
(I am using demo weights. Make sure that you find a weight that challenges you with good form.)
