3 sets x 12, 8, 6 per side
You will rest for 1-2 minutes in between sets
ONE ARM DB ROW: You will complete 12 reps per side then rest. Then increase weight and perform 8 reps per side then rest. Then increase weight and perform 6 reps per side.
(I am using demo weights. Make sure that you find a weight that challenges you with good form.)
