2 sets x 6 reps in each position
You will rest for 1-2 minutes in between sets
STRAIGHT BAR BICEP CURL with Three Hand Positions: You will perform 6 reps with hands wide apart then with no rest perform 6 reps with hands shoulder width apart then with no rest you will perform 6 reps with hands close together then rest. You will complete this 2 times.
(I am using demo weights. Make sure that you find a weight that challenges you with good form.)
