4 sets x 6 reps
You will rest for 1-2 minutes in between sets
TRAP BAR DEADLIFTS: Complete 10-15 reps with no weight as a warmup. Then you will load your weight on and perform 6 reps then rest. You will complete this 4 times. With such low reps you will be using a heavy weight.
(I am using demo weights. Make sure that you find a weight that challenges you with good form.)
