Superset: 3 sets
You will rest for 1-2 minutes in between sets
SEATED HAMSTRING CURLS / GLUTE BRIDGE: You will perform 8 curls then 15 bridges then rest. You will complete this 3 times. If you you can’t perform these together then break them up into two separate exercises.
(I am using demo weights. Make sure that you find a weight that challenges you with good form.)
